- How is the Free plan free?
- Personal workspaces stay free for hobby, personal, and small-scale professional usage. Team workspaces are free up to two occupied seats — you only pay once a third teammate joins.
- What's the difference between Pro and Team?
- Pro is a single flat rate for one personal workspace — no seat math. Team is for shared workspaces and bills per accepted active member, so pricing scales with the people who actually collaborate.
- How does Team seat billing work?
- You're billed only for accepted active members. Pending invitations are never charged, and removing a member stops billing for that seat. A team stays free until it reaches three occupied seats.
- Do you charge per flag, project, or evaluation?
- No. Projects, flags, environments, and runtime keys are unlimited on every plan, and local SDK evaluations are never metered. You're only billed for people, not primitives.
- Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
- Yes. Choose monthly or yearly at checkout and change it later from Billing settings. Annual plans include two months free.
- How do I pay, and when do I need to upgrade?
- Paid plans check out in USD through Polar from your workspace Billing settings. Stay on Free while usage is personal or small; upgrade when you need higher limits, longer history, or a team beyond two seats.
