Building FeatureGate in private beta

Private beta is where the platform earns trust through small, verified release loops.

Private beta is not a waiting room for a finished product. It is the part of the build where the platform has to prove that its own release habits are credible.

For FeatureGate, that means shipping in small slices, keeping the docs aligned with the code, and making sure the public surface does not promise features that the console, SDKs, and API cannot actually support yet.

The public blog and changelog are part of that contract. They should show momentum, but only with the kind of detail that helps a developer decide whether the platform is careful enough to try.
